What information will my lender need to pre-approve my loan?
Your loan officer will need some detailed information from you to complete your application. Below is a list of the most commonly request information:
- W2s for the last 2 years
- If self-employed, most recent two years of complete tax returns, YTD profit and loss statement, and balance sheet
- Most recent paycheck stubs covering last 30 days
- Recent statement for all checking, saving and investment accounts (mutual funds, 401(k)s)
